My sister Marian's baby Reagan was blessed last weekend in Las Vegas! We made the (now only) 5 hour drive to meet her. She is a doll! Mike did such a nice job with her blessing and we enjoyed Marian's family for a couple days. It was so SO nice to be with my family. My parents and grandparents came too! It's amazing how much you can miss your family after only a short time.
One night the adults and the babies went out for a night on the Vegas strip. We went to the usual Bellagio to check out their indoor garden and the fountains. Grant loved the fountains and had fun watching the water and loud music....it was also super cold! We headed over to the Paris for some yummy crepes and then walked around to check out the new City Center with it's crazy leaning towers.
These girls are so fun! Reagan has a sweet little personality and is beginning to smile a lot and even let out a few giggles for her silly auntie! Ellie has THE most energy of any toddler I have ever seen. She is a riot! My girls had fun chasing her around and playing with all her toys. We went to the park and chased the birds, watched movies, ate yummy food and played outside.Ethel M Chocolate Factory was fun too. We took the self-guided tour around the botanical cactus gardens. I'm still trying to figure out what is so "beautiful" about cacti? It was entertaining to see what each cactus was named--especially the octopus one :) The kids enjoyed the beautiful weather and chocolate samples. I have to say I liked the pecan brittle the best--oh, yum! The boys went to a UNLV basketball game and had a night of video games while the girls enjoyed the babies and a little shopping.
Thanks for having us! We loved it!!

Ellie still talks about you guys every day - Even Uncle Tim!
Love you!
Glad to see you're settling in. I bet it's hard moving further away from family, hopefully you will have lots of visits.
Saw your little sis and Brian today at church.
