On Sunday we decided to go on a family nature walk after church. We had been hiking to this spot before, but decided to explore a new trail head. What we didn't talk about before setting out was how far we were going and what trail to stay on! Oops. The "walk" turned out to be more like a 3 mile hike. I loved it, until we discovered that a few of the cousins didn't cut through the middle trail like we did and we lost track of them for awhile. Good thing they had a cell phone and we were able to track them down and reconnect before parents panicked too much. Let the adventures begin!
