What better way to celebrate your 30th birthday than to eat at Big Jud's!! Tim's only wish for his birthday was to attempt to eat the 1 lb. hamburger and get his picture up on the wall at this restaurant in Idaho....the highlight of his trip! It was 11am and none of us were hungry so it was kind of disgusting to watch. The things men will do to be recognized on a wall of "fame". He finished the entire hamburger, crumbs and all. It took awhile to finish, but it was worth the wait. I kept thinking he would throw-up or get meat poisoning or something. I am so proud to be married to a man that can accomplish such a task! Tim even got a shirt that says "I can't believe I ate the whole thing!" with a big fat guy on the back...OF COURSE he proudly wore the shirt the whole day. I'm sure he will have lots to brag about around the water cooler this week.
