The Latest

Here's a pic of Taylor and her preschool friends at their field trip to the fire station. The firemen were so sweet and showed us everything! After the field trip I asked Taylor what she learned on the field trip. She told me that she picked flowers outside and saw a snail, she played with her friends and she got to use their bathroom. Do I have a social butterfly on my hands or what!? She continues to be hilarious and keeps me laughing with her curious 3 year old questions and comments. Today she insisted on wearing her princess tiara to the grocery store....which she received many compliments on...and so I'm sure that she will want to do it again! While at the store she had to use the bathroom, which she does at EVERY store (2-3 times). I was waiting with my cart of un-paid groceries by the door and she yells to me, "MOOOOMM, I am having a really gross poo poo." The women coming out of the bathroom couldn't keep from smiling. I couldn't either. Shameless!! Yesterday she got her swimsuit on and brought Kennedy's to me for her to match. She pretended to swim in her bed since the weather is still a little chilly. A few days ago at church she turned around to the man behind us and yells, "Mom, he has no hair---that's sooo funny! Just like my Uncle Brian." It's so hard not to laugh at loud, but that would only encourage her. She loves to perform when she thinks she's funny.
Speaking of Taylor's hairless Uncle Brian, here's a pic from his CHP graduation last weekend. Please notice my adorable nephew and his mini-CHP shirt. He doesn't look too happy, but it was pretty cute. At the graduation they had a demo of the cop cars and CHP helicopter on their race course. They were spinning 360's and doing lots of tricks. It was a pretty awesome sight to see the 6 cars and the helicopter about 10 feet off the ground right behind them all doing over 100MPH. Good luck Hilary, Officer Brian and Brennen in Monterey! We'll miss you.
My girls are SO happy to see their Daddy when he comes home from work. (I am too! It's usually been a long day and I need a break, sorry Tim) As soon as they hear the garage door opening they start yelling and dancing. Kennedy gets really into it and is always at the door to greet Tim with a big toothy smile screaming Da DA Da DA! If you can see Kennedy's hair in this picture, she's actually wearing pig tails for the first time. She never keeps her hair in the elastics for very long, but I found a way to hide them on the side of her head.

Tim looks as happy as the girls do! I don't think there's anything better than a kid (especially a little girl) who loves her daddy.
