I am the Visual Aid

In our FHE last night I gave a lesson on temples and the plan of salvation. When I was preparing for it Taylor was looking at our wedding pics that I had out and asked me where my dress was. I showed it to her and of course she wanted me to try it on! We thought we were pretty tricky when we surprised Tim during the lesson and walked out in my dress. Taylor could not stop starring at me the entire time I was wearing it. She thought I looked like a princess. Cute. It has been a long time since I've put this dress on, and I have to say it was fun to wear! Tim likey liked too...a little too much! One bummer: the dress is now too big in the bust. DANG... Nursing 2 babies has not done my body a favor. Oh well, at least the rest fit ok.

I came across this FHE lesson blog that had lots of ideas :

Also, I found this illustration (below) online that I made into a file folder lesson/game and laminated for future use. I love my laminator!

So fun (and funny) about the dress (funny that Tim was reliving the best day of his life probably, right?). We did the plan of salvation lesson, too. Now Damon keeps reminding us that we have to go to the highest heaven. I love it.

How fun! My dress got torn so, I have to wait to get skinny so I can have it taken in to fix the tear. Great lesson.
